Color Photos--> Recipe:
I used a iPhone to shoot my color photos, then used an iPad to edit them. I color tab to make changes of the photos saturation,contrast and cast, also I used the light tab to make changes to each photos exposure, highlights,shawdows, and brightness.

  1. My favorite shot of yours this far is shot number 3 of the bridge from week two. The way the light is reflecting off of the bridge really brings out the color and makes it very rustic looking. I think the way the light is portrayed also has to do with the angle the picture was taken on and thats what drew me in.

  2. I agree with megan. I also enjoy WK2 #3. For me, I think the shadow and composition looks best in this bridge photo and the colors work the best here.

  4. There are some nice compositions you have here - I think my favorite is #5. It isn't overly saturated and the blue sky contrasts nicely with the green leaves.

  5. This series as a whole is very nicely connected. It would be interesting if you somehow stuck with the overtone of nature for your self-portraits as well. Even though you have lots of color in these pictures, they seem very contemplative and mysterious, as in #2 and #3.

  6. I like image 6 from week 1. I think image 5 is too obvious what we're looking at but the way the colors on the can are so saturated and unnatural mirror the content inside of the bottle. I like 6 because there is a depth to the image with some areas blurry and foreshortened and the man made metal interacting with nature is a nice idea I hope you continue to explore.

  7. I love photo 5! It shows ecstatic and happy colors surrounded by dirt and decay. This contrast gives the photo a sense of story that really resonates. Great work.
