I continued to use the snap seed app in conjunction with photo blend. My usual recipe for editing was to adjust the retroflex filter and than go to vintage. Sometimes I would edit the individual brightness or darkness of the image which offered a vingetted effect.

  1. I believe your best shot is #23, the one on the bridge. This point of view is interesting. The coloring of the clouds and sky is bright and cheery, but the bridge itself is dark, but it does not take away from the clouds. The effect used definitely helps make it seem like an older photo.

  2. 14 is my favorite . I like how we only get to see 2 prominent colors and these colors work well to make this photo focus on the object.

  3. All of your photos have a nostalgic feeling to them which is very effective in creating a cohesive set of narrative photographs. I love the techniques where you over-layed images on top of one another. They almost seem like memories caught in time. #1 and #18 are my favorite images in terms of space and layers, rather than the other photos with just single objects.

  4. You have some really nice photos that evoke vintage memories - I think my favorite is #8, it is very very creepy while maintaining a sense of lost memory. I also like your use of double exposure in some of the other photos. Very nice job.

  5. Photo 6 is really interesting to me. With the tone and angle of the shot it feels like a view into the past. The composition and tone of all of your shots feel really nostalgic and somewhat creepy.
