  1. My favorite shot of your thus far is shot #8, side of a run down building with what looks like Morgan in the far distance. The effect that you used really brings my attention to many different aspects of the shot. The clouds are enticing and the coloring in boarded up building really pop.

  2. #2 is great. I like the lines that this photo is creating and the colors give me a sense of isolation and reminds me of going home late at night.

  3. I like images 10,11,12 best. In image 10, you are basically allowing lighting to make a drawing using highlights and shadows from the glare of the light above the tree. I think that the image almost looks electric where the branches are. This effect makes me want to spend more time looking at the image itself. In image 11 I like how it is darkened and we are guided to look into a fairly empty section of a room; just with that large reclining chair present. But there are no people in this shot so we think about who might have been there, where they are now, and why are you shooting the photo? There has to be something we want to look at but since there are no people present, it makes me think more which is nice instead of you showing me what I am supposed to see. Again, this lets me look at the image more. In image 12 the lighting is nice in the shot, I wonder if you played with desaturating it to maybe allow the logos of "Johnny Rockets" become more faded and not take away from the food objects. I like this image because it takes me to memory of outings and also time, I think the image is mostly successful because of that melted ice cream on the side and the melting cheese on the fries, I think about how these are representations of time and memory.

  4. I love the way you capture architectural spaces and change your point of view in these photos. This is especially successful in photo #2, as it captures a feeling of isolation and anxiousness. My favorite photograph is #9. The angle of the wall cuts the space into two frames of light and shadow and the minimalism of the picture makes it very strong.

  5. I really like your images of #2 and #8. The wide angle lens complements the geographical location along with the low height very nicely. I would just add more filter and sepia tone to convey more of a sense of memory and vintage photographs.
